Return Policy

We want you to love your UnderBloomcore pieces. If not, you can return them under the following conditions:

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition and with original tags/packaging.

• To request an exchange, email info@underbloomcore.com with your order number.

• To request a return, open your order confirmation email and click on “View your order.” On that page, you will find the section to proceed with the return process.

• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer (unless the item was defective or wrong).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Items on sale or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
